Sorry if I ask the same questions again, but....

- Do you have to enter any reset code for radio/CD? If yes, where can I find the code?
- Not quite sure how to reset the windows/moonroof. Could someone please explain step by step on how to do this?

I am thinking to replace the battery with Optima Red Top or Yellow Top. Which one would you recommend for a perfect fit for a 2004 RX330?

Thank you in advance.

I am of the opinion that you would not see any real benefit by going with either of the Optima batteries unless you have special electrical needs in your RX. Any quality lead-acid battery will serve you well.

No, if you replace the battery you do not need to enter any radio reset codes.

Instructions for resetting your windows and sunroof have been posted multiple times here at CL. You can to search. It is also in your Owner's Manual.

AGM type batteries, such as the Optima, definitely have their place. If you want to run a bunch of electronics in your vehicle or if you vehicle sits unused for extended periods of time they might be something to look at. We had a previous discussion here at CL along those lines. Here is what a D35 would look like under the hood:

Thanks for all those members that contributed. I have to replace my battery today. RX 330 2006. Went out this morning family in tow and turned the key over and nothing. Decided on a Costco battery. I asked the manager about returns, he said if you need to return it, do so, no questions asked. I like that kind of customer service.
$85 + tax+batt fee - $9 core.= $93. Bigger cranking amps than the one in the car right now. Did my research including measuring batteries to ensure proper fit. I will be replacing front and rear pads soon. AGAIN thank to all those who contribute to this forum. Your help is priceless.

I went with an Optima Red Top last fall. Original battery lasted 36K miles, second battery (Interstate) lasted 44K miles. I've had good luck with Optimas in the past, so I'm hoping it will last a little longer than the last two lead acids.
