Can anyone explain to me how to replace the rear wiper blade on an 04 RX330? I don't see a way to remove the old blade.

It is fairly easy, remove the plastic cover over the bottom of the arm, unbolt the arm, remove the blade by slipping it out of the tracks. If you to to the dealer to get the replacement, which I recommend, double check to make sure you get the right length. The one I got was long, but I just cut it and made it fit. There are two metal strips that are in the old blade that come out, make sure you keep them and put them in the new blade. Sorry I don't have any pics. But it is pretty easy.
