I'm so upset right now...!!!!

My RX350 is only 2 days old....so I took it out and ran some errands at the mall yesterday....came out and my rear bumper is scratched.. (I had intentionally parked far away so it wouldn't get ding.......aaaaaaaargh!!!!!!!!)

I'm going to take the car in Monday morning to get an estimate on fixing the bumper from Longo Lexus in El Monte...BUT in the meantime, does anyone know of a good body shop that I can take this 2 in Orange County to get a 2nd opinion on the cost of fixing and repainting the damaged area,

I'd estimate a repaint of the bumper shell would cost around $300-$400.

If you hustle back to the mall where you were shopping, you may be able to get the surveillance camera pictures and you may be able to read the license plate.

I really dislike dishonest people. Can't tell me they didn't feel that!

Made the trek to a shop in San Diego on the recommendation of a friend...and it was worth it... The left side of my bumper is fixed and u can't even tell that it was scratched.... I'm a happy camper!!!!!!!
