I've noticed that the bulbs I purchased aren't as white as the ones on the new Lexus models. From a distance, the light still looks halogen-colored, but up close it's a little more white. Being never satisfied , I bought white LED's on ebay. I'll post pics when those come in...

i did it this weekend with a LED cluster bulb and it came out great! took less than 10 minutes and it provides a great deal of super white light.

It's still on the Matson barge It was shipped on Thurs. 4/19 from GA... my first set of bulbs took exactly 1 week from CA, so we'll see! I'm anxious, so you know I'll post it ASAP!

LED's came in today! Sooner than expected. I'm still waiting for the sun to go down so I can get a night shot, but here's a shot of what it looks like with the panels open and stuff hanging out from everywhere. They're 6-bulbs per piece.

Here's the night shot. Color looks sweet, even from a distance. I would NOT recommend getting the Polarg lights if you want the "factory" look. And unlike the factory lights, the LED's aren't as bright (even if it looks like it in the pic)...

Nice. So which brand did you end up using? Good thing I waited for you to post. I was going to pick up some of those Polargs on ebay. Now I'll go for the LEDs.

They came wrapped in bubble wrapping, with no packaging. The LED's definitely look sweeter than the Polarg's. I did a second look on my Polarg post... don't likey!

Thanks for the tips, although I went the same route as NeverSatisfied. Started with the Polargs, ended with the LED. Still not quite the same as my GS, but decent.

Also, when installing I only had to remove the plastic panel and squeeze my hand in to get to the bulbs. I didn't have to remove the carpeted panel.
Second time around only took a few minutes. Recommended mod.
