Does anyone know the right size and model of getting a fog lamp bulb to match the HID's? I saw one a RX and it looks really sweet. Also, the link that somebody had posted to an aftermarket site in Japan had the HID bulbs but no reference to them.

There is form and then there is function.
I can only tell you about fuction, but being the owner you can choose what suits you.
Function:
Fog lights: To produce penetrating (in fog) visual wavelength of light with a broad spread but angled low (to reduce reflection by fog). This lead to the use of orange/yellow light. [Incandicent golden/yellow light will perfomr better than the one with blue [natural light .. hid] shift.

Fog lights would be possible with HID kits, but a bit tough. I think it'll look better with 30000K HID fog lights. You can pretty much buy HID kits anywhere, http://xenondepot.com/ is the more popular ones with authentic kits.
