So what year did they start putting those little covers there? I don't have them on my 2005, but the manual describes the headlight washers. Were they mounted elsewhere in 2005?

Doh! I get it now! I had a loaner today and it had the little "covers" on the bumper. I thought these were just there to cover up holes where the squirters would go if this option was installed. I now realize that the squirters are under them and that they pop up to squirt. <sheepish grin>
