got my rx330 04 to the dealer to flush the trany software for harsh shifting as per there recommendation,the compueter shut down and they have to replact it ,ofcourse under warrenty.
The problem now is the computer on back order and they donot know when it will be available.
They said this happend before for 6-7 times.

Are you driving a loaner? You better be. Let them take their time and you enjoy the loaner. Not much you can do.

hummm, that computer might be running on Bill Gate's software.

Seeing that there is a delay in getting the computer, it is probably a Steve Jobs/Apple/Mac computer. Their new OS has really fallen behind schedule.
