The Initial Quality scores (what's gone wrong in 1st 90 days) annual surveying 97,000 owners puts RX 350 top in Segment and Cambridge Plant wins Silver Award.
Under Car Chat (moved there) I posted another win this week for RX350 from Strategic Vision which goes beyond what's gone wrong and is a better
view into cues of perceived quality thru' dealership experience; driving the car; and quality issues from 27,000 respondants during new owner surveys for vehicles picked up in Sept./Oct./Nov.

Ford tops the survey on the JD power vehicle quality report. Lexus and Toyota, which has been plagued by a series of embarrassing recalls recently, fell behind Honda in the quality rankings as its defects-per-vehicle rating rose to 112 from 106. Too bad the MKZ is such as ugly car, it sounds like the built quality is there.
