Well my mom has an RX330, and I was over the house today and when she started her car, it squeaked so rediculously loud for the first 2 minutes that she had the car started, then it stopped eventually. Does anyone have similiar issues? she had it in to the dealer 2 weeks ago, but apparently they didn't fix it. LMK. thanks..

Belt too loose, you get the squeal, belt too tight the bearings/bushings get shot. Have the dealer check the belt tension. Rx300 has two belts, one comes up, the other stays below.
Unscientific test posted here is to try to twist the belt. If the bottom (the side that runs on the pullies) can be twisted more than all the way to the side (90degrees) the belt is loose. If you can barely twist it (45 degrees or less) it is too tight.
Dealer should have the tool to measure and adjust proper tension. If there is a glaze on the belt due to slippage, then I would suggest replacing it.
There is a slight possibility that something is not spinning freely causing an excessive drag on the belt.

Let us know what they come up with. I can not believe they did not fix it the 1st time.
