How much lower did it go compared to original? Can you give more info on this kit?I was looking on this forum for tips on lowering springs (Eibach vs H&R) but this looks pretty low. Also, if you don't mind, how much did it cost?

It's an old thread, but as I have exaclty the same car as your , even color, I was wondering:
As I mostly drive in the city I too prefer to be in the Low Mode. So next question would be. How can we set this mode to be the default? As it is now the car raises to Normal Mode everytime we turn on the motor. Would love it if this was possible.

It might work. I know it is speed governed. I know the high mode only allows you to stay high up to around 25 mph, and I read somewhere at around 60-65 it lowers a bit on the freeway, and then you can lower it more. So the real test is to find out how many sensors and such control it and then maybe override them. I also know if the sensors fail, it will stay stuck in the high position. And I noticed one time when I changed my brake rotors, and then lowered it off the jack and stands, it stayed in the lowest, lowest position until I started the engine, but that was only the front. And the front has the lower setting for the older folks to get out of the front easier.

Actually I forwarded the question to my Lexus dealer and he just came back with a positive answer. Yes it's possible. They even made the schematics showing how the rewiring should be done. The bad news is the price. I'm not shure it's worth 800 $. As an electronic engineer I might ask for the schematics and do it myself.
