After Market Bluetooth Kit Installed
Hello all,
I recently had an aftermarket bluetooth kit installed in my RX. The name of the company who makes this kit are called toybluetooth. For more info www.toybluetooth.com. So far the kit works perfectly. Have not had any problems with it connecting to my phone. SOund quality is also very good. I have also attached some pics for those of you who might be interested.
Cheers

Hello Tom H,
The kit cost $460 AUD plus $180 AUD for installation. My original Lexus dealer in Australia actually told me that this kit was not availuable so I did a bit of research myself sourced the kit from a Lexus dealer interstate. Then my local dealer found an independent phone kit installer to come and hook the kit up for me. As far as I am aware, its a plug and play kit built for Toyota's/Lexus so a good handyman should be able to install this kit themselves.
Cheap_Deal, I live in Oz so my car is RHD, but for those of you from the US/CAN the speaker phone will be installed on the left. The sound will actually come from your drivers side speakers, so basically the same as how the RX350 bluetooth works minus the intergrating function with the sat nav. The kit can also recognize up to three handsets so its quite good.
Bomsquad: I think its time you considered this kit for your ES
Cheers
