Default dynamic radar (replacing laser) cruise and collision avoidance systems

It seems that the radar cruise system has replaced the laser cruise system, but neither seem to be available in the lexus.com "build your car" information in my area.

Does anyone know which areas have the radar cruise, how much it costs and if it is available in areas that don't seem to have it in lexus.com? (e.g., by special order, or transfer from another dealer?) Seems silly not to offer to all areas as people who have it seem to love it.

This official looking Lexus brochure said the 2007 had radar cruise, but the current lexus site says its laser cruise.

I thought I recall reading somewhere else that the laser was replaced with radar. but maybe that didn't happen to the rx yet.
