Whats up? I just took ownership of a 2004 RX330 in Flint with the light grey interior. It has 19k miles and is a CPO. My wife and I are pretty excited!
The Nav system seems a little les user friendly than in our 03 Honda, but hopefully will become 2nd nature after a while. I do not like the fact that you cannot program it while the car is moving though, your co-pilot could be trying to enter the data. But other than that, and the fact that the night Nav settings seem the same as the day settings im loving it!
Silly question, can you upgrade the Nav system to a 2005 with the bluetooth? hmmm...

Congrats on the RX. I did quite a bit of research before deciding not to go with the NAV, mainly because of the reasons you listed. I'm happy with my portable Garmin, as I use it on other cars and on travel.
Upgrading the NAV to a 05 with Bluetooth, don't think that's possible. Either that or it would take a lot of money.

You'll get the hang of the NAV after while. All NAV products have their quirks whether they are built in or portable. I'm on my fifth and have yet to find one that has 'everything'.
Do a search for the NAV override and you'll find the steps to bypass the lockout when moving.

congrats, we got ours 2005 about two months ago, and just took it on a long trip to Canada. NAVI is def. not user friendly- especially to Honda/Acura Nav systems..You can add a bluetooth for like $150, but it will be an aftermarket unit.

Congrats to your new lexus. I am sure you will enjoy it.
Here is the link and I think it will be useful to you. It is not working on my 07 RX.
