2004 Rx330

I hear a slight muffled sound coming from the rear of my RX when the engine seems like it's downshifting... I don't know if it's a problem or normal...any comments?

The tail pipe exits in the back so is that the sound u hear? I hear that too. Or is a an exhaust leak type sound where the pipes & muffler are joined together?? Would think both would be normal on a '04.
