I have purchased a lockpick3 basic for my 2008 RX 350 with generation 5 GPS and Map cd ver 6.1. After installing the lockpick3 basic, the I agree button didn't go away but I was able to enter an address by clicking on the pin. I did not care about the I agree button until the lockpick3 stopped working entirely. Nothing happens when I click on the pin now . I have tried reinstall the lockpick3 but that didn't solve the problem.
I have tried calling Coastaltech for the past week but I have been getting their answering service. I have left my name but have not heard back. Does anyone know a contact number that I can get hold of someone there?
Thanks,
Kent

I had the same problem with the first 2 LP3 basics that they sent me. The 3rd one finally worked right. I don't think they do any testing on these and just ship them after they assemble them.
And, yes, their business should be run better .... they are a real pain to get a hold of.

Yeah, I would have too, except they are the only one's that make this device.
Also, I have not seen where these have been tested with the new 7.1 nav disk to see if the LP3's pressing the 'I Agree' button interferes with the 7.1 disk's turning it off by itself.
I would recommend to anyone with the 7.1 disk to WAIT until the LP3 have been tested before ordering it.
