Default Question regarding cargo liner

Hey RX owners:

My Mother recently bought an 08 RX 350 and she is asking for a trunk/cargo liner for Xmas. Specifically, she wants the one in the link below.

http://www.autosportcatalog.com/inde...pid=3023&cid=5

Now, the catalog says they dont carry the mat for an 08 yet, but they do carry it for the 07. My question is this:

Is the shape, size, and configuration of the cargo area identical for 07 and 08 RX 350s? Would I be safe just ordering the mat for the 07? Please advise.

Thanks!

DN

That is correct. There is no change in cargo area between 2007 & 2008 RX, so it is safe for you to order 2007 model and it will fit your mother 2008 RX.

Why dont you take a look at the Lexus set? They look good. Get the all weather mats and the cargo Liner. They have Lexus logos and all!

Just a thought but I bought me the complete weathertech package for my 350 and I love them. Here is a picture of the rear cargo for ya! Very nicely made product.

yeah i have the lexus cargo liner and really like it. there are cut outs where the net hooks go so there is no problem there. plus it looks nice and is a PERFECT fit.

you can get it from lexus-parts.com (Sewell Lexus), a club lexus vendor. the price is $95 but you can get 10% off with discount code CL911M, and no tax outside of texas and reasonable shipping. i noticed the one you are looking at is $89.95, so this one is actually cheaper and not just some generic hexagon pattern.

and yes, the 07 is the same as 08.

Agree with Lexus lover, Lexus cargo liner fits very well. The saleman gave it to me a week after I picked up mine because I gave him a nice feedback on Lexus survey.

Sounds good to me. I'll place the order for the official Lexus mats this week. Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
