is the only reason you are not wanting a dealer is because of the price? There are sponsors for the board that have real good deals on OEM products. Try Sewell Lexus http://www.lexus-parts.com/parts.asp...=1275&pid=1270
they have the regular floor mats and the all weather floor mats for half the price as your local dealer

I posted a similar question about a year ago, it might still be there if you search for "best floor mats".
I ended up with the Weathertech's and have been thrilled. They've held up well, cover completely and fit like a glove! Someone added some pictures in that post too. I don't remember what I paid for them, but I remember thinking it was high for mats, but I wanted the coverage & fit they provided and have not thought twice about the expense after putting them in.
My only complaint is that I can't seem to get them cleaned up like new when I wash them, but I have to admit I don't spend too much time trying, I know they will only get dirty again right away given my rainy climate... the carpets below look as good as the day I bought the RX though~
Good Luck!
