RPM going up and down

when the AC is on and the car is stationary, the RPM needle fluctuates by about 500-600 rpm, is this normal ? i dont remember noticing this before. do i need to show it to the dealer?

500-600 rpm is too much fluctuation, I would have the dealer look at it.
