Beautiful color! That's a mean looking grill too, trying to match the sporty image of the cars I guess. Why do the wheels look so small? Is it the same tire size as other 18"ers?

I find it interesting that the Pebble Beach Edition is listed as about $3880. more than the "stock". I have the 2005 Thundercloud Edition which was also a limited edition of 5000 world wide with I believe 500 of those in the Thundercloud Mist (Metallic Gray or Pewter). The Thundercloud Edition was about $400. as the option and included the special grill (that many have installed on their regular RX330's), 18 in. special rims, special interior with black birdseye maple which was not available in any other package, custom floormats and special badge on the door. Just about the same things as the Pebble Beach Edition comes with and only $3480. difference. I find that interesting. I know there is a choice of either special clubs or bags or a couple other things that are available as part of the package. But still $3480. more is a bit steep for those differences. There must be other items in the package that are included just not special editions, like maybe NAV and ML are included in the Pebble Beach rather than in another premium package.
Then again, might be you're paying that much more to have a "Pebble Beach".
2005 RX330 Thundercloud, Thundercloud Mist, Gray/Black Interior with Black Birdseye Maple, NAV, ML, HID with AFS, Rain Sensing Wipers, Headlight Washers, Moonroof, Tow Package with OEM Hitch, 18 inch Thundercloud Rims with Bridgestone Dueler Alenza's.

Hi DakotaRX! Yup, only 500 in the Thundercloud Metallic were ever produced. You're right about the difference in sticker, I hauled mine out and it was a $400 option. I suspect that the Pebble Beach must have the full Nav/ML/AFS premium package as a requirement, otherwise I cannot see how they could justify almost $4K more. Having that grill and the black maple interior on our Thunderclouds was a nice distinction while it lasted. At least we still have the unique paint and rims!

honestly, the rims on the thundercloud were almost exactly like the rims on the regular RX. if i remember correctly, they also had the 5 spoke design but with a few 'bolt' looking designs on them. and the grill...well couldnt have cost that much.
as for the 4K option, the rims look to be very different and a new process of making them was probably implemented. you also get the colored spoiler. but yeh, im guessing it includes some premium options as well.
