heres mine, i did the lights and everything else myself. except this wasnt done with a tinted film, i used a special spray then wet sanded and buffed it. i also did it alot darker to match the all blacked out theme.

That's really nice. I was wondering the other day (since I took off the side lights on my RX300), what a 2nd gen RX would look like all in black. Muchas gracias

Here in SoCal, we go through Aerotect: http://www.aerotect.net/aerotect_015.htm

Not sure if they have pre-cut tints since they don't get many RX's smoking their tail lights (unlike the IS), but you might want to contact them for more info.

aerotect can send out sheets and you would have to cut it yourself.

How much was the pre cut and was it a red out or smoked out film.

I am getting tired of the worn out look for the tail light , the clear lens styling looks very outdated especially on the dark colored body paint

I completely agree with you with the "worn out" clear lens look for the tail lights. It's the main reason why I got them smoked out

It was $59.00 and it was medium tint film pre cut I bought. Sorry I don't know what red out is. hope that helped.

Red out is more for the IS... it's a red tinted film that covers the strip of amber on the tail lights.

If people are talking about the red reflectors on the bumpers of the RX, then I would tint those lights too.
