Default Smoked out rear tail and fog lights on RX?
I was perusing the net and saw this RX with smoked out rear tail lights and fog lights and thought it looked pretty cool. Has anyone here done this before? If so, how would I go about doing it? Thanks!

I haven't done it, but I think it looks much better than the riced out Altezza lights that come stock. I find it funny that even the Altezza's (Lexus IS) don't even have Altezza lights anymore!

Yeah I agree, but only on the Flint Mica, Silver, Black, darker colors... would probably look weird on the other colors.

Following the 2gen IS, I have the feeling that Lexus will do away with the Altezza lights for the 2010 redesigned model.

i really need to take some pics of my car......i have my rear tailights, turn signals, and third brake light smoked dark. i got it done at aerotect here in so cal, they cut and did the install for me.

Black Rx with smoked tails look really really nice. Just saw one a couple of days ago. It's a beauty. Aerotect sells them. You can also go to their shop in La Vernre to have them installed. I have a set for my 2nd gen IS.

So I smoked out the clear tail lights and the red reflectors on the bumper. Love the way it looks with the Flint Mica color. Great job Aerotect!

you shoulda had them do the third brake light too. did you have them do the lighter film or the darker one? i think it looks cool when you step on the brakes and the light kinda pops out of the spoiler. they did mine with the darker film.

yeah thought about doing the third brake light too, but i didn't mind leaving it. i got the medium tinted film.

Looks good with a darker color RX. A Bamboo Pearl will not have the same effect!
