Question On Modifying The Rx 350
#46
this is a quick ps of what i like to have done to the RX. MMR HR2 20" , unknown side rails, what do you think??
this car is not mine, i believe it's one of the member, it's the same color as mine, just using it for reference. i didn't have any current pix of my ride side view. i will delete the pix if the owner wish. (i apologize if i was wrong to do so)

Those 20" rims for some reason look larger then my 20s. Are you sure those aren't 22"

I agree, the steering is very light on the RX 350. The suspension feels too soft. It's so soft the rear sometimes bottoms out even when the trunk is empty and only 4 passengers. I've been commuting in it lately. Those two deficiencies are starting to bother me. It's the wifes car and I could care less how it drove because she loves it. However, now that I'm commuting in it, I want to do a few mods.
I'm going to plan on some eibach springs. My question is, are there aftermarket shocks for the lowering springs? If not, will the stocks hold up?
We own a FWD 07 RX 350.
Thx

its not nessecary to get new af shocks for just 1.3in of drop. but if you want better look into KYB GR2 Twin-tube shocks. you can install yourself and save on labor cost. people tend to charge more just because its a Lexus.
