I love the Alenzas with the exception of....loss of MPG. With gas prices going through the roof I think I will switch back to the Michelins. My computer showed prior to switching tires to the Alenzas....Total distance was 355 now with the new Alenzas I only get 331.

I hope by the time I get to change my Alenzas, Michelin comes out with a higher treadwear count that will last at least 60K miles instead of 32K!!

Lower gas mileage is because Alenza’s are heavier tires. Michelin is 29 lb vs. Alenza’s 33 lb. You’ve got more rubber to wear, but loose mpg.
You win some, you loose some…

Hmm. I loved my old Michelin Cross Terrains on the RX300 but they don't make them for the 400h and I heard the new ones aren't as good as the original ones. I didn't like the Michelins that come on the new RXs because they seem to be "wishy washy" and not corner well. I'll give up the mileage.
