Default 2008 RX350 rides rough

My new 2008 RX350 has about 900 miles, I am scheduled for my 1000 next week. I feel the car rides rough, not as smooth as a friend who has the exact same car. Especially between 30 and 40 mph, it sometimes shakes mildly. It seems I feel every bump in the road. Also when decelerating at about 1000 rpm I feel a slight skip or loss of traction. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

Suggest that you check your tire pressures. Sounds like the dealer may not have aired them down to proper infaltion.

I Had The Same Issue. The Tire Pressure Was Set At 35-36 Psi. The Dealer Adjusted To The 30 Psi (door Spec. Tag) And The Car Rides Much Smoother. They Forgot To Set The Spare Tire, And The Tire Pressure Light Came On, So I Went Back And They Corrected That As Well.

Thanks for the advice. I checked them and they are around 35 PSI just as Junkus experienced, I let out some air. I will drive it later to test it. Thanks so much for the help

Are you saying your tire pressure warning light came on because of different air pressure in your spare as compared to the remaining 4 tires after the adjustment? I find it hard to believe the warning light would come on when the pressure was ABOVE 30psi spec. I can see if one or more tires show less than 30psi. Maybe I'm not reading your message right, can you clarify? I think someone else on the board also asked a similar question.
