I don't think you will do any harm, I know our RX just turned 93K and it is running great. I haven't used the BG-44K since, I simply use a bottle of Chevron Techron system cleaner every 15K, the tank right before an oil change, and call it good.

Having said all of that, if you were having a problem with your fuel injection, I am guessing BG-44K would be a great option to clean things up.

I went to Carquest this morning to get some Amsoil ATF (which I did), but I also had my buddy Michael buy some Amsoil Fuel Injection cleaner there, and that is a pretty powerful deal as well, as I remember using some down in Mexico that I had brought from the U.S.

According to the directions...you supposed to add the entire can in the fuel tank when almost empty then fill it up with gas.

Have you noticed any difference in power?

These cleaners are a strong solvent and should be used only if you are having some kind of fuel injector problem. The biggest concern is that you should not put the cleaner in until you are at the gas station filling up the tank and only use the amount stated in the directions. More is not better. Fuel pumps and injectors are cooled by gasoline and if it concentration of the solvent is too strong it will damage the electrical components in these items.

one more update,This is my first tank of fuel since I used the BG cleaner.Definatly Improved preformance! Oh,BTW .5 mpg more mpg might be a little high,it`s more like .2-3 mpg more on milage, but the performance increase is noticeable. (Shell 93 octane)

Thumbs up

I've used it in my RX & Supra and it works great. I use it to help keep the fuel system clean. No problems here.

No...I meant total mileage in your car. How many miles you have on your car?
