It says my jpeg pics are too big?....they are saved in "my pictures"...?

Reduce the size. I forgot what the exact size is, but I think that warning message tell you the maximum size. Now, this is if you want to upload your pics to this server. If you use your own image hosting server and hot link the pics it can be larger, but it will be that servers limitations and restrictions.
