It apparently is if you live in the Midwest. I input my zip code and it gave it to me as an option. Here's the screen shot of the summary view for the one I just built online...

I see it is now as least I think it is in my Zip Code.Somehow the site shows also a light gray interior with bamboo option which would look pretty bad..

Update on this color combo... It DOES show as an option on the Build Your Own section for an RX-350 (not the 400h); however, my dealer said this color combo is not possible.

I called Lexus North America and they said it is possible and will be working with my dealer to coordinate the details. For those interested, I'll let you know as more evolves...

The Lexus site only had ivory leather with that color choice when I looked the first time.Then the site had 3-4 other interior color choices when I looked after you posted it was available.
I thought something was off about the choices when I saw light gray was available with Bamboo Pearl which wouldn't match.
I don't think the Bamboo/black color combo is available.We'll find out shortly,I guess.

I wanted only black interior and the dealer mentioned colors available and Bamboo wasn't one of them.

Got the answer. This color combo CAN be special ordered. However, the dealer has the option to charge you a special order fee. I was quoted as high as $1600. Nope. Not for me.

Joeb427 was pretty much right. No one in their right mind would pay a premium and wait the 90-120 days for the special ordered RX350 to be built.

Could it be the dealer meant $1600 over invoice which is still a bit high considering it's the last model year the present look?
My dealer said he would special order a IS 350 for me for $1500 over invoice.

You could wait for an '10 model and special order.It a bit of a new body style and 300 HP.
