imo i think the shade is too dark since you dont have black or gunmetal wheels, or any other smoke accents. though i think that if you smoke the 3rd brake light it would flow a little better overall.

I'm almost positive that those shades are illegal. By law, every car has to have rear reflectors, which for us are located in the lower tails. Additionally, if you get into an accident where someone rear ends you, the other party might use that against you saying they couldn't see your car (this might actually be honored, depending on the insurer). Just putting that out there so it doesn't come back to bite you.

Its an overlay. Even though they cover up the reflectors, they still reflect and you can see the light very clearly. I saw some IS' with smoked lower tails and wondered how it would look on mine.

I have a 2007 Flint Mica RX350. And had my rear tailights smoked a couple of weeks ago. A Club Lexus sponsor did the work.

Thanks, looks nice.
I was thinking about doing the same and swapping chome badges and trim for black pearl badges and trim (if they are available)
On the other hand, I like the chome taillights and how they match the chrome trim/badges on the back. I would love to have matching chrome/clear lowers as well. Does this exist?
