This is the thing that ticks me off about Lexus/Toyota vehicles....I mean even Nissan Murano has the option of going from C to F...and Km to Miles. Is that difficult ? I just don't get it. All it takes is some wires and a button to switch over.

Ok, might be a dumb ?, why would you want Celsius? Are you used to C? From Europe or Asia?

Well...some people do live in Canada, Asia or Europe in case you're wondering. I honestly prefer the metric system but I guess it's all what you growup with.

Yes, I am in the U.S. temporarily; I intend to ship the car to Spain.

I still do not understand why we are still holding on to the English system, the whole world has converted to Metric...

Getting off topic

It takes a generation to really adjust to the change.

The real reason is $$$$$$$$.

We (USA) had agreed to switch over, but the cost is huge .. unfortunately it is getting huger still and will cost us more down the road.

The tooling and measurement change cost is exorbitant .. not to mention labelling.

Well at least the currency is in decimals, ..diminishing ... which is great news for other countries.

Right, I understand that but all I want is for the temp display to change from C to F or F to C based on the drivers settings. Hey if Ford Fusions auto climate can do it, so should Lexus.

GM cars even goes from KMH to MPH on the speedo....not thats a good feature.

Its a good festure but not in high demand, most people dont care about what the temp is in C or how fast they are going in Km/H.
