Found me a set for a good price but I want to know if a 18X8.5 +45 would fit ok and if there is any issues with the brakes..

that size will not clear the rear spring perch. to correct that you can add a 20mm spacer, which will also make the rim more flush with the fender.

for the front that should clear the brakes but you may want 10mm spacer if you like flushness
