The one word missing from your statement is should. They do not always. When I first purchased my RX I would call upwards of three weeks in advance only to be told there were no loaner cars available. This was not for just an oil change, but rather needed warranty work or major service such as a recall. Was even a hassle for them to take me to the office. So, I switched to another dealer across town where I did not have such problems. They dealt with a different clientele which seemed to make a difference.

For those who did not read my original post on this subject let me make it perfectly clear so anyone can understand this. There is only one Lexus dealer in the state of Arkansas. It is located in Little Rock which is very close to the geographical center of the state. It takes approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours of driving to Memphis, 5 hours to Dallas and 3 1/2- 4 hours to Tulsa for another Lexus dealership. To say that the Arkansas Lexus dealer has a monopoly is an understatement. They have all ways given me excellent service but buying a car from them they are a little pricey as they have no compitition. They have a limited number of courtesy cars that they can give so the first priority's are going to be customers who have bought their Lexus from them. I have no issue with that policy but as far as using the longe and all the perks, any customer is entitled to that. They want your money just as bad as the many Toyota dealers around town and independents.
