Default Car getting old? Losing its memory...seats that is

The RX as you know comes with two memory seat positions for the driver. so on my setting, i need the thigh support to be all the way up because as a 6' tall driver, it helps. but whenever it push the button, the seat position and back are perfect, but the thigh support never goes all the way out no matter how many times i set the memory.

that is, after it finishes, i can still use the buttons to raise the thigh support. any ideas?
