Don't really know. It just depends on your area. As long as HID lights are a "Trend" and highly desirable modification to Non HID equipped vehicles all OEM HID hardware is at higher risk for theft. Since there hasn't been any major structural upgrade to the mounting of the lights they are still as vulnerable to theft as the previous years. It just depends of that sort of theft is a problem in your area or not.
