Default 90K service

Hey, I have a 04 RX330 that just turned 90K. The dealership recommended NOT to replace the tensioner pulley and generally recommends not to unless the pulley is in bad shape. Do you think I should do it or not do it based on the info from the service advisor? In my past experience with other cars its ALWAYS been something recommended. Any horror stories???

Well, in OTHER types of cars I have had the tensioner fail. It is always interesting (parts sitting on the ground), but never caused any serious damage in failing. You could go either way.
