I have 2004 RX330 with fogged up headlight. I bought a decent used one and am attempting to replace the headlight.
I removed the two obvious bolts above the headlight, removed the fender liner and removed the side mount bolt, removed the torx head screw that support the bottom. When I attempted to pull the headlight out, it just does not come out. It is loose from all of its mounting spots, it just does not come out. Viewing the shape of the used one that I bought, I tried several patterns to pull it out with no luck. I sure hope you do not need to remove the bumper facia to get it out.
Can anyone guide me to some sites or scanned photos of service manual that tells me how to pull it out. I have pulled out several headlights in my life, none has been as puzzling as this one.
Thanks,
Joe

Sorry, the manual says you will have to remove the bumper cover. I have a fogged up headlamp, too. I have been thinking about getting a set from ebay and will replace it myself. For now, I am just ignoring the condensation, they come and go.
But, yes, you will have to take off the bumper cover, you will have access to the 3rd bolt to remove the headlamp.
