Hi there -
We're taking possession of an RX350 AWD on the 31st. We have a 25 pound beagle we'd like to contain to the cargo area. I can't find any factory accessories that do this.
Any suggestions?

I don't know of any auto manufacture that makes factory accessories to restrain dogs but their are lots of after market products. I have a 25 lb beagle also but I just use a pet carrier to transport her from point A to B. There are also some company's that make pet barriers with bars that block access from the back cargo area to the passenger area but personally I find these not as safe as the fiberglass or plastic pet carriers.

I will add they are very good at customer service as there mats did not fit my sons GS300 AWD we got an immediate refund and they requested pictures of his car floor etc.

The Weather Tech pet barrier seems it might do some wear & tear damage on the head liner when installed. If it is going to stop a pet from going to the front of the vehicle in a collision, it would have to be very solidly anchored.
