On our RX330, the passenger side lower seat back cover completely pulled free of the seat on the panel's top edge. I'm referring the little flap at the bottom back of the seat near the floor that covers the motor, wires, etc.

And the same thing is beginning to happen to the cover on the driver's seat.

Has anyone had this happen to them and was it covered under warranty? It just seems strange to me that both seats have the problem.

Hmm, that seems weird. I just got my RX so I can't say for myself. My '04 Honda Accord didn't even have that leather problem. Definitely should not be happening since you don't normally move the chair around that much. If you are still under warranty, which I think is unlikely because it's an 330 (unless you bought it precertified) then do get it fixed. Or you can just crudely superglue it back on like I do when my stuff is falling apart.
