Just purchased a RX400 (after having a RX300 for 8 years) and had the iPod adaptor installed (since Lexus hasn't heard of this thing called iPods, I guess).

It's the factory installed adaptor, but no "how to" owners manual came with it to figure it all out.

Does anyone know if one exists? Did the dealer just forget to give it to me? Is there one that has been "put together"?

Any help would be appreciated!

Dont know about the RX, but in my other car, you just plug it in and go to aux in the radio and its all plug and play from there.

Do you have NAV? The directions are different if you do. I can scan the appropriate pages. In any case start with the radio in SAT mode. button 6 is the "confirm" key for selections.
