less maintenance, chain doesn't wear down like a belt . do you own a RX yet? I see you already shopping for parts in your other thread

I believe it has a bigger engine - 3.5L vs the old 3.3L therefore being more powerful and faster to accelerate.

Also there are some minor upgrades to the 350 including the grill, chrome handles, and I guess that's about it. Also Navigation is updated and improved, but still not great.
Timing belt need replacement every 90K miles? or 60K miles? Test drove one but ride wasn't as smooth as expected. The car had 60K miles but we expected quieter ride.

no haha i don;t own one yet but the rx has been one of my of favorite cars since 3 years ago so i really like it and know what i would do with it already haha thanks
