Removing the cross bars, simple DIY

Well - took off the cross bars on the roof rack.
I like the cleaner look. Not sure if I want to completely remove the side rails yet.
Just a couple of questions to see if anyone has any advice.
1. I am not crazy about the inside rail showing with all the holes for the cross bar pin. Anyone know of something that I can install that will give the luggage rack a more "finished look"? The only thing I can think of is possibly the rubber gasket that goes in the roof channel?
2. While working on the roof, I noticed that I am missing one of my roof channel rubber strips. I think I lost it in a touch less car wash. Any suggestions as to where I can get one (or if there is a part number). No Lexus dealer in town so I need to buy online?
Thanks

There are vendors here who can help. I was thinking of the same thing, something to cover up the slots. Good project to do. I will check around, too.
