Default DIY Power Steering Flush

I tried searching but couldn't find one for RX330 with 39K miles only. I am not sure how often we suppose to flush Power Steering, any idea?
When I took my RX for oil change, they said I need a Power Steering Flush (cost: $150) since it's dark. Any help is greatly apprecaited. Thanks in advance.

Check the RX300 Forum.

When it gets to generic items you can even search through other models too.

The location of the reservoir and pump will be different, but as a system they are all the same.

The choice you have to make is pump the whole thing dry or do repeated reservoir fluid replacement. I prefer the later.
