navi problem!

I have a 2004 Lexus RX330. I am having issue with my navi. The screen is saying UNABLE TO READ DATA. Please check DVD! Does any one know where the navi dvd machine is located? Thank you!

it is in the trunk. remove the carpet, open up the tire compartment, and there is a dvd slot on the right hand side
