For some reasons, it getting worse during warmer weather, plus the heater not working (put out heat) unless I cranked up to maximum, otherwise, it just a cold air come out even when setting at warmer temperature, how do I fix the bubling sound and temperature thing? or are these 2 symptoms related? thanks for any help

This is what I have been doing...
Ensure the overflow has 1/3 coolant. With the engine/radiator COLD, open the the radiator cap. Start the car and set the cabin heat to high and fan low. Run the car and watch the temp rise to operating level. With the engine running add coolant in the radiator if it falls low. [if you have air in the system it will fall low]. Cap the radiator. For next few days, keep an eye on the over-flow reservoir and fill if necessary.
Caution:
1. Do not open radiator cap when the coolant is hot.
2. Never add coolant to hot engine when the engine is not running.
3. Toyota/Lexus uses premixed coolant. For a small amount, use distilled water.
Salim.

Pretty much, you may also try sqeezing the top radiator hose while the radiator cap is off to "burp" air out of the system. I'd never heard of doing this until I owned a Subaru. Those engines are notoriously difficult to purge the air out of, though, so I doubt you'd have the same troubles with a Toyota V6.
