Hello,
I was looking at the above site. They offer a performance chip for $80, and are making claims of either HP or MPG increase. This got me wondering...
Has anyone in any Lexus vehicle used this product and can offer realistic results. I don't care about what you've heard, or a friend of mine said they were a scam.
I'm looking for comments for people who have actually bought and used this in their Lexus
Or alternatively, can someone suggest a performance chip or tuner in which they are actually using.
Chris

Sounds like garbage and seeing that they work with the IAT sensor, that's typical of these so-called ebay chips.
The only one of the chips that I have heard works (at least with the 1MZFE motor as in my RX300) is the one from Jet Performance, http://www.jetchip.com
I knew of someone that did this with a 1MZFE Toyota Solara and was positive regarding their experience.
Given that your RX330 is similar, I don't see why not, but it involves sending your ECU to them to load up the chip. I didn't have the ***** to do this when I lived south of the border (Mexico), and now that I am tight on watching funds for modifications, I haven't been tempted to try this.
