Need some help buying a 2006 400h

But, while Lexus says any dealer can warranty repair the things like the roof rack, they don't cover having a different dealer re-do the cpo inspection to see what else the selling dealer may have missed, even though there is ample evidence that JM did not properly do the inspection. They even told me replacing a mis-installed air filter element isn't covered.
You'd think it would be in Lexus' interest to see that the vehicle really is in proper condition...

Dealers are not created equal. And Lexus themselves allowed this. It would be ideal if Lexus is Lexus anywhere you go. I hope Toyota is working on it.

We just bought our 2006 400h in silver on july 7. I got it on a "internet special". Locally, I went to kelley blue book and looked at their classified ads. It was weird because on the dealer's website the price was $31,000 but on the classified ad it was $26,888 which is what I paid for it. It has 41,000 miles so I think I got a great deal. It's Lexus pre certified too. I did see another one for $27,999 but it was all scratched up inside and it wasn't precertified so it only had the remaining manufacturer's warranty. Im in southern california.
