Default Looking for well-fitting windshield sun reflector

Has anyone found a particular kind/brand/model of windshield sun reflector that works particularly well in the 2RX's? It's been quite hot lately and I'm ready to get something that will help.

This is the one I use - works great. It's by Covercraft and may be available at other places for more or less $$.

I use these on all my cars and love them. The ad looks really old, but it's a great product. Make sure you get this brand though. I've tried imitations and they were horrible quality.

I buy the ones at the dealership. They are tailor made. I bought them [for RX and GS] the day I picked up the vehicles.

The only issue is that they are roll type. There is another kind that folds up like an accordion. So think about it how you would stow it away. The accordion folds flat, but I think over time it will rip at folds.

The sunshade/visor gets overused with the sun-screen.

Get the "HeatShield" a company in San Jose CA. The cost from dealers is around $20 or from their website is around $40. It fit snugly and when in use it's a couple of degrees cooler.

I use the folding type, 2 piece, spring loaded. Fits well on the side pocket when not in use. Does not do 100% blocking like the solid ones, but for the purpose and convenience, works for the wife...

Key words...easy to use, works, easy to stow away....then the boss uses all the time.

+1 ... i like the way they twist into small circles and are easy to hide out of view. i would say go with anything you like on this one, its personal preference

They're also kind of fun when deployed before an unsuspecting soul in the passenger seat.

I keep mine folded and stored on the floor of the back seat. The last time my brother got in, he picked it up and asked, "Hey, whaddya want me to do with your hat?"

Just got my Eclipse Sun Shade in! Fit it awesome! Covers pretty much the whole windshield. Even has a cutout for the mirror. Retracts to the sides when not in use. I'll try to get pics up here later.

I googled to find reviews on the Eclipse sunshade and found this page filled with wonderful examples of Translations Gone Bad.

For example, "... provides upper limit solar shelter so it reduces hot up buildup in your auto's midland." and "No more than sounding slow the sit beneficial to and warfare by with the help of old-style fold-up solarise invisible world of the ancients."

As does mine and is the perfect place were it not being used to store a trash bag.
