So My wife calls me at the office and asks what I did to the RX 400h? I act dumb...I'm good at that. I tell her I have not driven it in over a week. She then says " How did it get this big crack in the windsheild?" Sure enough there was a 3 foot crack starting from the top by the drivers head going half way down and then to the right.

She says I'll just call Lexus and they will fix it since it is still under warranty. I think...yeah right... no one will fix a cracked windsheild under warranty.

Sure enough the service manager looks at it, see no stone bruises and says' "bring it in tommorrow and we will replace it for you."

I still can't believe it but they did.

I think you will if it's under warranty. It evidently was a stress crack and not caused by a stone.
