I'm looking at an '07 350 AWD, pretty much the basic model, with 28,000 miles. The price is coming in at 29,900... is that a good deal?

Yesterday I bought a 2007 with everything except nav/dvd...has 31,700 miles with CPO for $28,200. This is in Texas from a large Lexus dealership. Hope that helps in comparison. FWD

Yeah, that's a little high compared to my area, You should be able to narrow it down more, or look elsewhere.
You can get a loaded RX for that price, that has a few more miles of course...

if the car is in good to excellent condition, AWD, even without nav and ML this price accounts for about $2k dealer profit. You can haggle, of course, and I would strongly encourage it. Please do not forget, prices vary greatly based on the location and availability. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly, preferably with a mechanic if at all possible. If it is a Lexus dealer, ask for a complete maintenance history, check its Carfax and see where the car came from (auction, trade-in, repo), is it a lease or privately owned, etc.
