I highly doubt the door has anything to do with the "heat" there....

Yes...it only happened once ... during hot day. It was about 104 degree outside. Knock on wood, it never happens again recently. I haven't brought to the dealer yet, since I am also sure they can't reproduce it (as usual ..

)
