Need some help to rewire my HID kit.

I have a 2004 RX330 with Xenon. I am changing my high beam to Xenon also and I will readjust the high so it would be the same or a little lower then my normal headlight. I know I will loss my high beam and I am ok with that (later I will buy a lens kit that has a motor inside to switch between low beam and high beam)

My question is:

How can I wire it so the modified high beam comes on with the low beam automatically?

Do I need to change my fuse to a higher amp?

Is there enough voltage and amp to run both lights or would I get flickering problem?

How would my alternator or battery handle this modification?
